ANTIBACTERIAL COATING
With the antibacterial treatment of our G-LOFT® sleeping bags, the inner fleece layer is treated with a highly efficient silver ion technology (bound in an artificial salt crystal) obtained from natural silver chlorides. This results in the following advantages:

DISCOVER TECHNOLOGY
A second, reversible outer shell made of water-resistant and breathable Shellproof Ultra is used here. This layer can simply be turned over to dry via a corresponding zip opening. Drops of water or ice crystals that form between the sleeping bag covers can be easily shaken off. In order to achieve faster drying of the remaining condensation, the inner sleeping bag cover is made of downproof, but extremely breathable Shelltex Ultra.
CARINTHIA CQ DOWN™
We only use CARINTHIA CQ-DOWN ™. This high quality duck and goose down is produced and selected according to strict quality and care criteria. The “fill power” (also “loft” or “fill power”) is the most important measure of the quality of down. It indicates the volume of a certain mass of down after some time of compression. As a rule of thumb, the more cuin filling power, the better the heat retention capacity.

The comfort temperatures of our clothing always refer to a medium activity (e.g. walk).However, this comfort temperature is also influenced by other factors, such as personal warmth, physical condition or weather conditions, etc.

Comf. F: This value is calculated for a “standard woman” (25 years old, 60 kg, 1.60 m) who is not yet cold.Comf. Limit M: This value is calculated for a “standard man” (25 years old, 70 kg, 1.73 m) who is just not cold.
Extreme: This value is calculated for a “standard woman” (25 years old, 60 kg, 1.60 m) under heavy cold stress. There is an increased risk of hypothermia here.
